This studio release featuring Danny Dose on drums highlighted some of the beginnings of the band and contained many tracks that would become standards in the Plastic Joe arsenal.

"Just Say Joe" was never officially released, but rather was a compliation disc that was put together by Zeke and given as a gift to the other band members, combining their previous demo releases of "House Of Hose" and "Heinousity Abounds".

Most of the tracks would later be re-recorded for "Insidious Mind Candy" featuring the '96+ lineup.
